i didnt understand this song except couple of words. my language is bangla. couple of word is as same as bangla. whats the meaning of this song?

the song is about feeling difficult to express his feelings... he wants to write letters(which was a common way of expressing his/her feelings when this song came out many years ago) but hesitates to do that. and he is expressing his feeling through this song. he hesitates coz he doesn't want to get no for an answer etc.etc

Gokul, you are almost there abt the song. But the boy whose endeavor to get her lov became unsuccessful was a college Lecturer in Kupandole. Moreover, he is a brilliant Engineer, Robotic individual, Actor, Leader and on top of everything a very nice human being i ever meet.
