I have been fighting fore closures with my nieghboors and my self for some time now.... town hall meetings city councils are loosing thier homes elderly , whole familys.....My God! Whare or when Do we say BOY-COTT THEM ALL! DAM-IT WE OUT NUMBER THEM HOW DID THEY ATKE POWER OVER ALL OF US! BOY-COTT THIER ASSES AND PAY ONLY OUR TAXES AS LONG AS WE GET FAIR PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW!!!!!!

I ordered her service, paid and sent in the contract. To date I have heard nothing from her. I have tried and tried to contact her to no avail. If this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. It is a shame that people exploit those who are in need of help!

To get a land patent, you must pay for the land with gold or silver, NOT federal reserve notes or Bank of Canada notes. You must read the contract and remove the clause stating you agree to pay tax. You can never get a land patent with a mortgage. If the land was once owned by France you can't get a land patent. Only if it was held by the CROWN. Railway land is a good place to look.

Land patents do exsist! They do not guarantee that the mortgage goes away, however, the bank can then only repo the house not the dirt that it is sitting on. Most banks do not want to move a house so...releasing the lien might be easier.

I can tell you all that I have been trying to contact Ms. Belle for weeks! I have left her emails and phone messages and have never gotten the respect of an answer. Although if you find her Myspace page, she rants and raves about how a legitimate business will return your call right away. Also, I did some snooping in the public records of Wayne County... Ms. Belle, why don't you let all of us in on the status of your lawsuit? Did you try all of your methods and still loose your house? Do Tell..
