Concert D minor is right... no flats or sharps, same as Cmaj7.

I've recently found a sheet music for this song. The chords are Fm7, Db7 and Dm7. This "dm7" sounds wrong for me, i guess it's, actually, a D major. Herbie plays with the thirds and fifths, it's very interesting, and sounds a bit funky.

actually it's in concert F minor. Same as Eb major... goes to C# major and then D major.
