Fee Europe :« The EU can lawfully suppress political criticism of its institutions and of leading public figures «( European Court of Justice ruling 2001 ).The European Charter of Fundamental Rights (art.2,passage 2c) states that lethal force can be used against EU citizens to quell.. "rioting, civil upheaval ».The same Charter does NOT mention the right of EU citizens to VOTE.Perhaps they forgot.Let's remind them in the European elections.google : eutruth (and weep).

Last WARNING for Democracy !Article 33,paragraph 6 of the Lisbon Treaty allows the 25 members of the EU executive the right (with only two exceptions) to change or declare null & void ALL rules/regulations/laws present in existing treaties relating to..... economy ;tax ;civil society ;environment etc.« Sorry, this is a dictatorial constitution » (Prof. Schachttschneider, University of Erlangen-Nürnberg).

On behalf of all European TAXPAYERS,...I hope all European Union employees had a wonderful Christmas (at our expense), as you do each year.We also hope that the 45 MILLION Euros travel expenses paid to you technocrats ( by the un-elected Council of Europe)...was enough ! Don´t bother with reciepts and if you need more next year, don't hesitate NOT to ask us. !Happy undemocratic New Year !VOTE in the June European elections for anyone willing to fight EU corruption.

It´s not too late,SAVE DEMOCRACY in Europe SIGN THE PETITION for a referendum at : X09"dot"deOne example of how the (un-elected) 25 EU commissioners are deciding all of OUR futures in Europe :"Next year (2009) could see Turkey make a crucial step forwards on it's path to EU membership..." (Enlargement commissioner Ollie Rehn).EVEN THOUGH a substantial MAJORITY of both Turkish AND European citizens are AGAINST Turkey joining the EU !

And now on to my point: All women and men deserve the right to be informed and make educated decisions. These issues are the domain of the average man and woman, in centuries past these very matters of governance and freedoms were fought for to bring about a fair and just society. If you believe centralised government leading back to the UN will provided you with greater freedoms and rights you are sadly mistaken. Yes UN because the EU is a precursor to globalisation.May GOD help us all

VerfallsdatumYou dont happen to work for Parliament or a government agency do you?Oh and I thought that Europe was meant to be democratic, your rhetoric is socialist.

If the Brits don't want more integration, I suggest they leave the EU!The referendum in France just showed that people are misinformed and are not qualified to decide for this kind of thing. They said no to a 400 pages treaty none of them had read, and very few really understood what it was about. It this case, democracy says that you have elected a guy who is more intelligent and informed than you are, so you let him decide what's good for you.
