i agree.cant actually feel the emotion that makes you glad yet sad.her yodeling style is quite annoying cos she do it too much.

i think ppl shouldnt say who does the better version *unless it is horrible* after all it is a good song and the message remains the same. i think both Sarah's and John's versions are good in their own respect and should not be compared to one another.... but thats just me

Anytime an artist covers another artist's song, it's a wonderful tribute to the orginal artist's efforts. John would be happy to know his beautiful song lives on through others with different styles and textures. I thank god for all our differences-- it makes all our lives richer and more interesting.

Sorry this version and Celine's version just don't have the emotion that John brings forth. His gets me emotional, this one makes me sleepy!

You can't equate vocal aptitude with raw feeling.His voice may grate more than this lady's, but this one doesn't bring any chills.
