i hate it when stupid idiots like this put marijuana god's plant in the same category as every other "Drug". this isnt a man made chemically fabricated "drug" its a leaf, a plant, a fruit. you can make paper out of it from which u can roll a joint with hahah

A third reason was that the Hemp industry was the biggest competition for Du pont and their nylon so the du pont guy, who was the finance(?)ministers brother in law, lobbied to get it prohibited by making it look like as if Hemp and "marijuana" are the same thing.

Its illegal because in the 30's at the end of prohibition they needed sth else to blame for the "bad" behavior of the young people.Another reason is that it was used by mexican immigrants (hence the name marijuana>maria juana) and black people so it also has a racist reason.

its the freedom to think more about subjects that they dont want you to think about. they'd much rather have you drunk as a skunk falling about the place, sluring your speech and trying to knock someone out than thinking about life.

Yes, a lot of people believe that it is illegal because of an inability to tax it. Proponents of marijuana illegalization say that it can't be taxed because people can grow it at home, but people can also brew their own beer. That doesn't stop the goverment from taxing it. So, I don't know why it's illegal.

Isn't it illegal because they can't tax it? If not, I have no clue why it's not legalized. Any other reason to be illegal is completley un-reasonable and just a hypocrisy.

i smoked 2 joints and a blunt and i fell straight on my back after i hit the blunt 1 time.everyone needs to lighten up about marijuana, it is god's plant.
