Search for "Ofra Haza Im Nin'Alu" and pay attention. You'll hear the same lyrics, "Im nin'alu daltei n'divim" as you can hear in this video at 0:36.Rakim's a Muslim yeah, but Arabic is close to Hebrew and vice versa.

lil wayne is to rap skills as pootie is to tang. No comparison with Rakim. Rakim had a skill that most fools couldn't achieve after the early 90s..that is, to rap to the beat, and stay on it. Even JayZ couldn't keep his lyrics to a beat without a music teacher.Rakim used to rock the muslim tip, when it was popular with rappers, about 15 years ago. When was the last time you heard a rapper call himself Ali Shaheed Muhammad. That was an early-mid 90s fad and haven't heard it since. |
