most people dont like to hear this but 90% of weight loss is in your diet. its pretty much common sense what we should and should not eat, and even moreso is portion control.

my trainer told me do as many as u can so u nearly kill ureself lol i just cnt do them tho cos no matter wht i come up leadin by my neck and not with my stomach and my body shakes a little bit 2 no matter how much i try can't do it for some reason

Try this. heat (1) can of white meat chicken(Tyson) in skillet with a little chili powder & a couple jalepenos, microwave (1) can refried beans(fat free) add uncle Bens (microwavable)rice place a good amount on a flour tortilla(La banderita) and serve. I have lost 75 lbs in 8 months eating like this and exercising 235 to 160. This meal has almost no Fat,plenty good carbs & fiber. and takes about 5 minutes to cook. I see my abs for the first time,it's Awesome. if I can do it, you can too!
