Wow that's strange...the first time I used a computer was with a mouse when I was 7 years old and I pretty much instantly understood what it was.

I was a computer salesman, in an IBM retailer hen the very first Mac came out. People would walk up to the Mac, pick up the mouse, turn it around to see what was underneath - and then hold the mouse to the screen to get it to work.
