No, it was in 1993 that they both got gay. Sudden gay syndrome happens to about 2 of every 3 pop stars from England. In heavy metal, the numbers are much much lower with only one known case.Great song.

Of course they were gay!~ I don't think either of them were ever str8. Anyway, the song is about the underground "rent boy" industry--where rich closeted men who are married take young gay boys as their secret lovers, even if the video doesn't really protray that. I think they were afraid to put out a video that was 'too gay'.I saw the lead singer in an interview say that this song is specifically about a relationship he had with a much older closeted man when he was in school.
