well no it would not be racist.. if they are expressing their pride for their European decent that's fine as long as they are not places themselves above other people or sayin that "we are better because.....". Its not a crime to have pride for your ethnicity.. its ok and that's what make individuals special. India is not puttin anyone down, she's just expressin her love for her ethnical backgroup and anyone is welcome to do that
