It's called a Soldering Iron. It's typically used to repair/create wire connections. Usually it melts an Iron/Lead composite material (yeah, when melting the material it produces some toxic gases, so don't do it without proper ventilation.) Yeah, I know, too much info, but it's important to know if you own one.You can try to find one online, or there's a small chance that RadioShack or Hobby Lobby may have them.And no, you can't do this with a red one. You can find green ones online.

you should say that this mod only works on green laser pens, you cant pot mod a red laser pointer
