i love what paul says before he starts playing. its also great when ringo comes in with the drums. and the best thing about this is how great clapton and paul sound together. WOW! very touching.

he really was. he never wanted to fight and he was a really peaceful man. he probably was sad that his best friend took pattie but i dont think he held a grudge.

Trindfinger, actually Eric didn't "steal" Patty Boyd from George Harrison. The two men had been friends for years and Clapton found himself smitten with Boyd's beauty. He approached George and told him this. When Eric and Patty married, George was at the wedding. It's rare to see this kind of "transition" without the malice and urban warfare that generally goes with romance and mates changing sides. Just one more reason to admire George Harrison. He was a saint.
