Serge Nubret and Frank Zane were the reasons why I started bodybuilding in the early 80's. I never looked back, the natural health philosophy that these 2 greats encouraged made lasting sense. My bodybuilding condition was excellent foundation for my later interest and success in International Thai-boxing.

The greats of today are a "flash in the pan". Nubret was on the scene for DECADES and is still active in his mid-70s. He has lived on to tell the tale. How long do present day b/bs stay on the scene before the steroid abuse causes them to exit stage left? Just look at Dorian Yates today. He looks like a deflated bag of shit. How long was he on the scene for? Not even half as long as Nubret or even Reg Park.

funnygames1; True. They've lost the plot. Bodybuilding SHOULD be about FITNESS not size obsession or creating a false illusion. False illusions mean nothing when you're 32 and in a pine box!
