What do you mean by " persons " ?Do you refer to your personal body ?When cops beat people up, like Rodney king. What amendment violation is that ?How does it work at an airport ? I arrived back after week in amsterdam. Heading towards immigration, a cop told me to drop my backpack, and let a dirty dog smell my backpack. What the heck ? Is that allowed ? And she searched my bags because the dog smelled something. nothing illegal was in it.
