Who gave you the idea that Boracay residents have AIDS? As far as I know, AIDS knows no boundaries. Many people in Africa, the US, UK, etc. are afflicted with the disease or have the HIV virus. If you want exclusive resorts, Amanpulo in Palawan comes to mind. I read that Michael Jackson and Al Pacino were guests there. Not everyone can everybody afford US$1,000+ a night though.

Boracay is full of AIDS and sex tourist like that Australian blogger that hates on Filipinos. Don't go there! If you want real Filipino beach heaven, go to one of the exclusive resorts, not Boracay, the poor man's disease center!
