i agree with glodsbride, although i didnt grow up in that generation of fabulous music,i've listened to it all my life and really, there is no comparison to it of todays 'music'

fabulous track managed to find it on CD single about 15 years ago. Pete Murphy....The man to launch a thousand Maxell tapes. Fond memories

i fucking love this song,what has happend to music now.i grew up with siousxie and the banshees,sisters of mercy and bauhaus and all i can say is those where the good of music.what we have now is just cRAP.

Classic to say it was written in 1978....can you believe how Big this band had come from London...The Music controlled press at the time would have gone over the top...but hay they were just from little old Northampton...and were pidgeon holed as Bowie Copyists...how wrong were the media...mind you you don't expect them to own up to it do you...don't be foolish !!

I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!As in, why is this so popular among the goth scene. Its because its so obviously Gothic. Most other bands have a TON of arguing over the genre and such. But this is a song that would be pretty damn hard to claim not to be Gothic. Or maybe i'm wrong.
