We've known the set and setting thing for years. Used to produce kilo's of psilocybin cubensis and have moderate doses for meditation , loved the insights thou. Wish people knew ego loss was a beautiful thing specially when caused by psilocybin. else sensory deprivation on a low dose is quite interesting too. Not that one condones i doubt many people see these as tools of consciousness. other then the destructive drug taking mindset of many naive user look at the patterns people are so ignorant.

Well, The best thing to do. Is to let go of the ego, relax, embrace the ride, and if shit goes a little weird, talk to the trip and tell it to lighten up on you. Sing and never ever scream. Trust me, you let go of that much tension during a trip, you are liable to find yourself scared for a long time.

In order to benefit from the mushroom you must prepare yourself by lowering the shield of mind that we all are taught by western society to keep raised. What is this shield and how do you lower it? Stellar video...most people forget that language is just a tool that's evolved in humans to communicate the abstractions in our minds. We tend to take it for granted and view it as an extension of our thoughts, and that the two are interchangable. Mushrooms are an excellent way to understand things more conceptually, to peel away the linguistic layers that are otherwise automatic...I trip out to thoughts like this all the time. I could go on and on!
