Agreed. Too bad a Ron Paul type can't create the kind of change this country needs regarding foreign policy. Maybe one day the sheep will read between the lines and see what's happening. BTW - we are all sheep at this point

The neocons have beaten the Republican party into the ground and broke it off. They've turned the Republican party into an authoritarian party, which is at odds with the Constitution, the document Republicans USED TO LOVE. They've turned the party into a HUGE spending, deficit expanding colossus. And they've decided that we're going to go around the world and engage in expensive nation building. They've turned every party ideal on its head.

There are some real morons posting stuff here.As somebody who likes free markets, I'd prefer people NOT use the media as an example of how great they are. Fox News is for mouth breathing idiots. PBS is generally pretty good, and occasionally excellent, as in the case of Bill Moyers. Although CNN is generally dumber than Fox. Amazingly enough.

Using 9-11 as the enticement, the Neo Conservatives have gained enormous power using the "fear card." Wondering how we can we fix the problem? First RECOGNIZE that the Neo Conservatives are the bastard children of the KKK, Neo Nazis', and White Supremacists and any other race-based hate group that has the power to change our way of life.

Victor Gold, a conservative, isn't trying to "forbid a free market success." Fox News is right-wing talk radio extended to cable television with enough tabloid journalism and half-truth truth telling political coverage to veil their purpose.
