You know what i dont know how people dress in france but in america people have different fasion sences and in amrica you dont pass judgement on someone just because of the way they choose to wear their clothes.But obviously in france when ever you people see someone wearing clothes that dont look good on them you automaticly think there druggies/drug addicts.I couldnt even see his face so i dont know how you could
