Yes, he had surgery already at this point, but he looked good. Look at him in any of the videos from "Sophisticated Boom Boom" and you can see he has already started with the nose, then he went onto the teeth...

BTW - i've been playing this alongside "lover come back to me". do you think he's already had surgery by at this time?but he's definitely heading into michael jackson territory now... i hope the whole "blistered lips" incident has been a wake-up call.
