If you do this 6 times a week and REALLY do eat right, you should lose about 10 pounds in the first 2 and 1/2 to 4 weeks. And 20 might be a little harder once you've lost that initial excess weight, but keep doing it and you'll lose it no problem.

Okay so i had been doing this for a couple weeks maybe 3 but very iregularly not daily and i have dropped a jean size. after seeing that result wow. i want to keep it up. :D I'm excited

I know the feeling. I did TaeKwonDo for 15 years and now I'd make a sumo wrestler giggle! Starting a TaeBo course tomorrow.

This is more for weight loss even if you work your muscles at the same time. Its cardio more than anything.Ive been doing it for a while i know. If you want muscle better lift weight at the gym :P
