of course they didnt. it was 2000. they dont have it this year either and you still dont see them driving like this...

thats how driving an f1 car should be. brake and then caress the car through the corner slowly applying throttle until you hit the apex and then ease the throttle on until you can hold it flat... not like today. brake, apex, flat! its ridiculous these days... these guys had to actually drive the car...

It happened in 2000. Mika managed to overtake Michael in this very though situation 4 laps before the finish, it was a fantastic race. Hakkinen was my childhood hero, I will never forget his victories and this overtake. Also respect for Michael, he was a respectful driver too. For me, Hakkinen was the best, but Michael, Coulthard, Frentzen, Alesi, Villeneuve (and also many other drivers) were also great, those years were very memorable. Of course, 2008 was also fine!;)
