well, 1st i'd say its a sampling, not a cover. technically, a cover may be altered slightly (tempo etc) but not lirically (at least not to this degree). I actually surprised that people know this is a dead tune. for those looking to learn musical history and the dead. check out "i know you rider", "Jack Straw" and "hell in a bucket" just to get you started.
