Notice how John Brooks used the word cockroach once in the video of him and his men under the tent. Police use the word cockroach in a lot of places and it's basically a derogatory word for a civilian. They somehow see us as a problem when we are simply minding our own and they are supposed to serve us. The ego of police officers has gotten way out of hand.

actually they test non-lethal on themselves so they know what it feels like. they shot areas that if hit wouldn't kill you, but in the chest it's a different story.
