That's a bunch of bull and you know it. If cops stopped patrolling black neighborhoods then things would be much worse. Crime would not go down, it would go up because they knew they could get away with it. Black communities hate police because of how things used to be. And with good reason. But gangs, thugs, and dealers cause way more problems for black people than people do these days. No gang is going to rape someone's sister, kill someone's brother or steal someone's car because of the cops.

You know I'm glad that somebody has realized that. No matter what steps are made to make things better someone is always going to want to do wrong. Not saying that people should stop trying. It's going to happen whether people give up or not. Good economy, bad economy, foreclosure or not. Good and evil, ying and yang, night and day. It's not going anywhere. Look at the "war on drugs".

The police only add to the problem, not help people. They add to the reason why the African American community hates them and the gangs want to kill them, and in some cases do.
