I enjoy this shit, ironically I get a little into HxC thanks to thrash metal(I'm and still gonna be metalhead, for me,Metal is the final stage, sorry), so seeing a seminal hardcore punk band doing crossover thrash is so fucking good to me, it was the same way to D.R.I so why not Discharge?? blame them because they wanted to expand his music vision as any natural musician?? fuck off you all, you fucking close minded music fascists, UxFxTx!!!!!

It's nice to hear different opinions on here, but when people are so ignorant and just want them to get Cal back and release clones of their old albums for money, it's a sign that said people should just shoot themselves. Seriously, fuck off. Guess what? They had Cal back and he REFUSED to do ANY live performances whatsoever, so they got rid of him. Rightfully so! Fuck him (these days). Rat does a great job. You don't have to agree, but don't try to fucking insult it for being thrash.

Is this stuff better than Hear nothing See Nothing Say nothing or Why? Of course it isn't, but this is better than anything they've done in a couple decades as well. You posers need to fuck off. "omg the drums dun sound crisp clear liek my favorit band green day" is that the problem? Fuck off. No one wants to hear your pathetically ignorant opinions. Obviously not many of you people know what punk is about. It ISNT about writing the same shit just to cash in like you tools want. Fuck off and die

This was the ONLY right direction to go in at this point. Crossover thrash suites them very well. They still have the same intensity they had before. Do some of you people hate heavy music so much that you run away the first time you hear a thrash riff? Pussies. Why does someone compare them to Metallica because they saw someone else mention the word thrash? Dumbass, Metallica hasn't been thrash in decades and this sounds nothing like ANYTHING Metallica has done. Real punk fans don't hate thrash

Some of you people need to fuck off. They can't release a carbon copy of their old stuff just to appease you morons. Everyone knew this wasn't going to be as good as their first stuff before Cal decided to be a cunt and use high pitched vocals. Rat isn't bad, and neither is this album. You people who are criticizing each specific instrument should not even listen to punk. This is thrash/crossover similar riff-wise to the Exploited and there is not a god damn thing wrong with that.

I don't give much about style labels. We just know that there would have been no Slayer, Metallica or Sepultura as we know them, if it weren't for these guys.

It's not just the solo, the riffs seem very complex as is typical in thrash, whereas most punk genres usually have more simplistic structures. Or maybe it only sounds more complex to me than it actually is because of the speed. Idk. Either way, it still sounds more Thrash to me than Hardcore.
