Wow.Zidane is widely considered to be right up there behind the big two, Pele and Maradona...You seem to be suggesting Gerrard is the third greatest player of all time.For having an engine and whacking a football?!..and as for making excuses for Gerrard not performing for England, get a grip. Zidane was often exiled to the left wing and still looked like the best player on the pitch.Zidane deserves comparison with Cruyff and Maradona, not that peasant.
