O Brasil tem hipotese para varios cenarios de combate...tanto uma invasao iminente pela bahia de guanabara no Rio de Janeiro que pode ser tomada por um porta avioes norte americano(um deles é considerado a quinta marinha no ranking global apenas um)e hipoteses para caso de invasao via amazonia..

while SWAT or SAS would go armed with sniper rifles and those tiny machine guns that can't even penetrate most bullet proof vests. Which do you think would win? Lol!

If you want to compare BOPE to something, then you need to comapare it to elite military units like the Rangers, Delta Force and Marines. You cannot compare it to elite police forces from the First World, like SWAT, because BOPE is so far beyond SWAT in it's ability to cause death and destruction that there is truly no comparison. Imagine BOPE fighting against SWAT of SAS. BOPE would have armored vehicles capable of resisting artillery shells, armed with .50 machine guns and grenade launchers

The training and equipment of BOPE is so far beyond those of elite police units like SWAT and SAS that it is not even funny. BOPE actually utilizes tanks, bazookas and .50 machine guns, equipments that SAS and SWAT do not have access to, as these equipments in First World countries are used only by the military.

You are wrong, chichi. BOPE fights teenage boys, yes, but the teenage boys are high on coke and armed to the teeth with military weaponry. What they lack in training and experience they compensate with the natural aggressivness and thrill-seeking that is common to teenage boys. I have lived in both Europe and the U.S and I can asure you that BOPE is by FAR the most hardcore non military unit in the World. The American army even seeked help from BOPE to learn urban warfare.

HAUHAUAHUA...my god...try to invade Brazil??...and it will be like vietnam??...you know...Im brazilian and I work with defense in this country..if somebody invades brazil via amazon...the troops there..its documented....they will last for 15 in combat...and 2 months in guerilla war..and thats it...don't be so proud brazilians...our army is not that strong...our navy uses italian spare parts...and not to mention our air-force...so keep you voice low...we're not that strong...face it...
