don't worry, it's normal, practice the turtle freeze more, if you practice it a lot your abs will get used to it and won't hurt anymore

just practice with two arms in a stationary turtle freeze a little everyday. Each arm poking into your body should be off center. Keep your abs tight and BREATHE (avoid holding your breath).

yeah the first few times it will hurt, it happened to me. but the more u do it, ur body will get used to it. just keep practicing :P
