Sorry, Key-change was the wrong word... but I still dislike the chorus... Just my opinion... As I said, I adore the versus so I wish I did like the chorus... but that's just the way it is.

The former. It was Switchfoot's beautiful creation first. Then Mandy Moore used her lovely voice to sing it in the movie for us all.

There isn't a key change in the chorus... The whole song is in E.But that doesn't mean he plays the same chords for verse and chorus, that's just boring |
