Dude, the battery life is like 2-2.5 hours and the processor is ultra efficient. Yes the atom processor is better, but its too pricey for HP right now. If they included the processor it would increase in price by about 50-100 quid which makes it even more affordable. Dont think they didnt put any thought into those issues. :D

This is a very slow system with a very slow out dated processor. battery life is only 1.5 hours. No wonder amazon lower the price down to $400 the same time the New Acer One 160 gig, 6 cell battery with the Atom Processor came out....get the Acer...this HP is out dated.

the linux version has 1gb of ram and 120gb harddrive. the vista version has 2gb of ram and 120gb harddrive. I dont have the hp mini note but ive run WoW on my netbook with no problems. not sure how the mini note will handle it.

i bought an eeepc 2g surf for some lite web-browsing and a second laptop. It was $250. This HP is <$700. Why would you spend that much for a "partial laptop" when you could plop down that same amount for a discount laptop with better power and around the same mobility? Its HP's MacBook Air. |
