i actually like the live reality version much better: the guitars and instruments are just so much more pronounced. the live version is more ethereal, stunning. rather than being "tired" (which may be justified because the man did a 2+ hour performance), it's like he's taking on the emotions of the song: regret, loss, bereavement. i love how he's done this more often later in his career: be complete vessel to each song.

not really. Sometimes it's useful. I've said, and correctly used a double negative. Actually I misread it and what she said originally is actually "He should never be allowed to do anything but make music."

I remember walking into his show hearing this song starting to play...and I could hear it, and I could feel it and then I could see it. A spiritual awakening. A true artist awakens your spirit and it just stays with you..

simple english logic states that she used a double negative: he shouldn't be allowed to not make music.the double negatives cancel each other out =he should always be allowed to make music. |
