We booked a Villa in Florida and it was meant to be a superior, the best ones, but we got a standard one. We got no money back either

we booked a 2 week villa holiday with thomson, they failed to tell us a villa was being built next door, we had no apology and thomson would not admit they were in the wrong, i only hope all thomson staff spend £1000s on a holiday and have 2 weeks of hell, then they would become human and not just have customers money off them then the customer turns into shit and is to be treated so, never again!!!
