i think that Israel has one of ,if not, the best special forces units in the world. the Russians have good albeit extremely brutal special forces( the Spetsnaz) the US also has good units(Navy Seals,Green Berets,etc.),as does Germany (grenschutzgruppe-9 or GSG-9)
