you're both right and wrong... killer whales are related to dolphins... but it happens that dolphins are related to whales too... dolphins, whales, and killer whales are whales.

kill whales look like planes. if i am correct, kill whale is not a real whale. they are dolphins? their sound is like dolphin too.
