Yes Ciara can sing. Sheis a better dancer and performer but she is not bad.

I heard half of Ciara's album already and it wasnt so good compared to the others BUT Beyonce's whole project is strongly under wraps and it has some mystery about it. And all of her leaked stuff was kinda hot! I like Ciara but that Vibe cover diid throw me for a loop!
