That's all there is for these particular moves from Ms Kayne; there are other dancers featured however and there is some crossover with the moves. It's really worth getting.

that was awesome seems really hard to do. I have never done anything like that but lately i been so interested in doing that! Could you please give me some advice about learning to do that. How thin do you have to be to actually do something like that? I think you are awesome at that and i am totally interested on doing that!
