Please remembr that Jesus mercy and forgvness are for anyone who calls on his name, So allow the Holy spirit to live in your harts and "listen" to his voice. Remember that people are Lookig for the Lord, and words are like a double edged sword. are you doing this for his glory or yours? he dos not need anyone to stabilize his ark, His word Stands firm on its own.

Perhps you could focus on Jesus Christ and th sacrifice he and on the cross, Many people are now Reading these posts, and I do belive that some may need to sense the Holy Spirt, Gods love frgivness and peace. Remembr he works in mysteriou ways

"Judging""casting stones" these are words that have to do with punishment with execution. Exhorting, warning--these are totally different things! Look at all the words that came from ALL the disciples of Christ guiding, chastising, sometimes vigorously those whom they CARED about often deeply.These are two very different concepts and both needed here on earth!

Good response. We focus on other's sins, but not our own. We must pray for him. He's carried this for so many years hidden. I believe that's one of the reasons, he was unable to overcome because Proverbs says that if you hide your sin you will not prosper. I believe if I were in his shoes, I'd try to hide it too. The church is extremely mean to those struggling w/the sin of homosexuality. In part, I believe the church is mean because we don't know how to deal with it.

My heart is saddened. What a burden this must have been for him to carry. The Bible says, if we cover our sin we cant prosper.My prayer now that his sin is uncovered, he can come to a genuine repentance and prosper spiritually. God has blessed him financially,with a successful career, but now it's time for Ray to experience true freedom in Christ. That freedom may not come until he has actually lived in his sin freely,then come to realize this is exactly the reason why he needs a Saviour.

Thats why the Bible says Satan comes as an angel of light. He will use someone living in wickedness to sound spiritual through music, and now those who loved Ray are sympathetic to the sin of homosexuality. Don't be decieved!

I believe this man has been ashamed of himself for years. The Bible says that if we cover our sin we cannot prosper. That is why he has nt been set free. My prayer is that now that his sin is uncovered and he can live out his sin that he will become sick of it and have a beautiful experience w/God. This is a beautiful man who wrote beautiful music. Pray for him that he is set free

According to the Bible...there is no degree of sin in God's eyes. So therefore judging someone is as bad as whatever it is that you are judging them for. People really need to remember that. Christian leaders are the hardest positions to be in because they are put on pedestals. Those on pedestals are the quickest and easiest to knock over.
