Exactly, People who are born with BOTH organs usually get to CHOOSE a gender and people see nothing wrong with THAT. There is a difference between a male and female brain I think, I know a woman who was born with both organs and she CHOSE to loose her penis and live as a woman because she said she "felt like a woman" on the inside. And babies are born with ALL TYPES of birth defects so the idea of being born with the brain of ONE gender and the body of the other is NOT so out of the question.
