WOW! i havent seen this movie in eons. As a kid i loved these SC movies. I always thought the technical part of jonny 5 was cool, like the battery pack counting down his energy cells and in the first movie the laser gun thing he had on his shoulder but never used.

I really love Johnny 5. The sad scenes in both movies made me cry when I was a kid, but he is the best movie robot ever

If they tried to remake Short Circuit today, they would screw it up by making him look like the robot from Lost in Space remake, or the frigging cylons in the new BSG. Or wait, even worse, they'd make Johnny 5 be a robot that looks human. Leave the classics alone god dammit.
