You can only do it if you have access to the SQL database and FTP server, if you do not know what these are, you most likely don't have access to them.But if you have, i know how... When you download phpbb3 it comes with a tutorial...("i save some have" eh.... what?)

I did use Precision-Media,I was able to get the UNLIMITED plan for a entire year for $25. They did have some down time but overall good. |
