Wow that's interesting. Thanks a lot for uploading this. I remember when this happened, I got the edited version and was really confused. I thought when she dropped the microphone it somehow disabeled the sound for the entire studio, because we hear the "pop" then dead silence for a few seconds (I had no idea they were just censoring her)! Thanks for solving that mystery for me!

This is weird, I still have this episode on my DVR, but it gets muted right after the "pop" noise, cuts to the crowd applauding, and then Paula talking muted for a little while. The video then cut back in right as Paula was finishing up. It was on the live East coast airing too so it couldn't have been an edited version. That's strange.
