I doubt the "real culprits" will have any need to leave the scene. They will be the ones easily directing the country towards some new plan of subjugation. No doubt they've had plenty of time to figure out a Plan-B, knowing full well this would happen. And the reason this will happen is because the masses are indeed that dumb.

It will be terrible if the US dollar collapsed, it will just be like when the British Pound collapsed before the collapse of its empire. If I recall correctly the British Empire and the British Pound collapsed in the 19th century because of cheap American imports into Britain and their trade deficit with the US...History like to repeat itself doesn't it?

Who is the shepherd, Bush? He's a figurehead for intelligence services. You aren't taking into account cults and anti-government militias with ex-military and demolitions experts? And what about millions in prisons? Martial law couldn't possibly restore order. Indian tribes would declare sovereignty. Gangs would rule. Hell's Angels, Aryan Brotherhood, the Crips, M-13. They can't control them now. They will control them in a crisis? Before 911 gangs were better armed than police.

First, America has people who are armed and trained. Second, the lawlessness alone will not be containable. Third, there won't be enough money to police the nation, it would break off into sectors. Third, a series of targetted assassinations and bombings would occur. The Philipines isn't America. America is divided into different groups which are not homogenous. Each would be rioting and reacting unforeseeably. Once the system fails, hell will break loose. No Army could contain it.

Hey, I would LOVE to be proven wrong, I really would. Keep in mind your army has had good training in Afganistan and Iraq. Especially urban warfare in Iraq. Martial law could be impplemented in a second. Look what happened in the Phillipine recently, the govt announced Martial Law and the whole deal kicked into action, in a matter of hours the army was in control of the whole country.Please explain my Messiah complex? I don't recall claiming to be able to walk on water :-)?

If the shit hits, more than you realize will happen. First, even your average drug addict will kill for a fix. This population driven to despair will be deadly. That's why the elites have Blackwater.
