I am not a fan of the government and it seems to me that they are doing a great many things wrong and or illegally, but the basic premise of the first half of this movie: that there is no law requiring people to pay income tax, may be wrong. A quick google search turned up a site that seems to clearly explain what the law is. I doubt I'm allowed to post other websites here, but I bookmarked it and can share it with anyone who cares to send me a message. Maybe the site I found is wrong, who knows

the 16th ammendment is the only instance where the government overuled the supreme court and got away with it. the fact is they don't give a shit because they want your money and however unconstitutional it may be the fact is they will get our money one way or the other and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it.

It's supposed to say voluntary on the form but no matter how illegal and unconstitutional it is you might as well just pay it and spare yourself the prison ass rape.I note, according to wikpedia, the supreme court said it was unconstitutional in 1894 because it was a direct tax so congress said fuck it we need the money will make an ammendment saying we can do it. Makes you wonder how they dont just do the same thing with abortion.

YOU SAID THAT IT IS VOLUTARY?? I was audited for 6 years and have a LEVY on my bank account!! I was FORCED to pay this tax--for 6 years!! Wherever I went, they found me, and garnished my wages!
