Where would be a better place to put organic organs... aside from not on your body? Would you really want your organs in an arm, which has no protection (e.g., the torso has arms to protect it). Legs, same deal. If you use them to fight, they're at greater vulnerability. So... either the head or the balls then?

The difference being I don't expect to be in combat with people who could potentially kill me on a daily basis or have the ability to move my organs.

Grevious didnt build himself either, it was san hill and the techno union did. And I dont think in the way that it looks like to be just Trade Fed ships there, I do not think they had the means to make repairs.

Oh yeah the jedi are real courageous since they can throw you around and grab stuff. Poor griveous sucks at saber fighting in this but if that stupid force didn't exist he still would have won.

While you are correct about the organs being damaged, there was plenty of time for mechanical repairs, and there's probably plenty of different types of ways organs could be repaired, at least to an extent. And so long as his brain wasn't injured (which it wasn't), he would be perfectly fine to fight.

Actually, he had time for repairs. He had been on Utapau for days, and all that was needed was a few hours.
