I don't care what anyone say clinton was a president who did what from the reasearch I did... presided over the economic in the past 25 years, accounts of his adminstration from people I had to video tape for my fifteen minute presentation. His problem was that his morality was in the wrong place, but other than that he did what he did to solve the problem, which he had nothing to do with before he was elected, and the problem arised with *cough* bush's administration.
